This delicious pink drink is one of my favourite ways to show your vagina some TLC. It’s so easy to whip up and takes just 5 minutes using only a handful of ingredients!
Cranberries are a natural powerhouse for vaginal health, rich in antioxidants to help prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs) and support overall urinary tract health1. I’ve paired this with probiotic-rich Greek yoghurt to care for down there.
Cranberries work by preventing bad bacteria from sticking to the bladder walls, while the probiotics in Greek yoghurt help maintain a healthy balance of good bacteria in the vagina. They work together to create a supportive environment for your body’s natural defences, particularly in maintaining the health and delicate balance of the vaginal flora2.
The flavour was very tart at first, but you can easily customise the sweetness with Medjool dates or banana.
